Brand Notifications and Tracking Pages Help Wineries Improve Customer Experience After Purchase
Timely brand notifications can be sent via email, SMS, Facebook and Whatsapp. Wineries can also access drag-and-drop editing tools to customize notifications that have proven to have a very high consumer engagement rate of 57% open rate / 21% click-through rate. Improved logistical transparency and automated, on-time notifications have been shown to reduce missed deliveries and returns, an effect expected to be even greater with wine deliveries due to the additional adult signature requirement.
Premium tracking capabilities further allow wineries to engage directly with their consumers through a personalized experience of branded tracking pages with custom domain, configurable marketing assets, expected delivery date, order lookup widget and an opportunity for customers to rate the delivery experience. Available on web, mobile and other channels.
